DRINK MORE WATER

Water is good for you it aids weight loss, keeps your heart healthy, gives you energy, cures headaches, flushes out toxins, and even helps prevent cancer.

Don’t like water? Me either. Here’s some tips I use to keep my water levels up without the boring taste

* Add apple cider vineger. Just one tablespon a day has been said to cure more ailments than any other old folk remedy.

* Add a squeeze of lemon or lime or an orange and ice.

* Add some berries and stevia for a sweeter drink

*Add a few leaves of peppermint.
